CyberSecurity Consultant

About the role

Next Engineering is looking for a CyberSecurity Consultant to design, implement and manage Microsoft‑based security solutions for enterprise environments. You will work with international teams to strengthen identity, access management and endpoint protection while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Microsoft security solutions such as Entra ID, Defender Suite, Intune, Purview and Sentinel.
• Support identity and access management initiatives and endpoint security programs.
• Perform security hardening, compliance checks and risk assessments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and proactively recommend improvements.
• Monitor and enhance governance and operational security practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain a secure, compliant infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft security and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies (Entra ID, Defender Suite, Intune, Purview, Sentinel).
• Hands‑on experience with security governance, hardening, IAM and endpoint compliance.
• Microsoft Security certifications (SC, AZ, MS or equivalent) are mandatory.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated sectors is a plus.
