Cyber Security Analyst – SLA & Risk Management

About the role

Decskill is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to support the definition, monitoring and governance of cyber security and IT risk across its regional entities. You will act as the single point of contact between central security teams and local CISOs, ensuring consistent implementation of SLAs, dashboards and risk communications.

Key responsibilities

• Update and establish Cyber Security & IT Risk Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between regional and local groups.
• Monitor the cyber security posture of users hosted by other entities in the region.
• Deploy and maintain the Cyber/IT Risk dashboard based on key risk and performance indicators.
• Serve as the SPOC for central regional teams and Territory CISOs to cascade guidelines, news and alerts.
• Organise and animate EMEA and Territory committees, collecting and consolidating inputs from regional teams.
• Assist Territory CISOs in preparing local Cyber/IT Risk committee materials for regulatory purposes.

Required profile

• ISO lead auditor or lead implementor certification.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, macros and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements.
• Risk‑oriented mindset with the ability to challenge information critically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a productive team environment.
