Customer Training Specialist

About the role

Geotab is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to design and deliver world‑class training for resellers, customers and internal teams. The role focuses on enabling users to fully leverage the Geotab product suite and its connected transportation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, map and maintain comprehensive training plans and curricula for diverse audiences.
• Deliver onboarding, technical and product training through various modalities (in‑person, virtual, e‑learning).
• Create learning materials aligned with business needs and act as the product subject‑matter expert.
• Support the implementation and utilization of Geotab’s LMS platform, myLearning.
• Gather feedback from partners, customers and product teams to continuously improve training content.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt training approaches for different audiences.
• Passion for helping others succeed and strong collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS platforms, specifically myLearning.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Geotab product suite.
