Customer Support Consultant – French (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Consultant to join our fully remote team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries related to accounts, billing, services and technical issues while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Manage account, billing and service‑related questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Provide guidance on products, services and platform features.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support, contact‑centre or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
