Customer Support Agent – Russian & Polish (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in Russian and Polish to join our team in Lisbon. You will provide top‑tier assistance to our international clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction and seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver support to Russian‑ and Polish‑speaking customers, handling inquiries through multiple channels.
• Develop deep knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate assistance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and, when needed, escalate issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and help improve services.
• Document all interactions and service requests meticulously.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every client communication.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, not mandatory.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience and strong interpersonal skills.
