Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our front‑line team at the Wal‑Mart store in Bayamón. In this role you will ensure a friendly, efficient experience for shoppers while overseeing cashiers, self‑checkout hosts and other customer‑service associates.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of customer‑service associates, including cashiers and self‑checkout hosts.
• Monitor service quality, resolve customer issues promptly, and maintain store standards.
• Manage scheduling, premiums and performance incentives in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales and service targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss‑prevention and drug‑free workplace policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or customer‑service environments, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service and upholding company standards.
