Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Customer Service Specialist, working remotely from anywhere in Portugal while supporting French‑speaking customers across B2C and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via voice, email and chat for both B2C and B2B interactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Advise customers on Nestlé’s product and service portfolio to enable informed decisions.
• Prioritize first‑contact resolution and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent in French (mandatory) and working proficiency in Portuguese and/or English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
