Customer Service Specialist (English)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Customer Service Specialist supporting the Nespresso brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across voice, email and chat in both B2C and B2B contexts. The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the office and the possibility of full remote work after the onboarding period.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email and chat, delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
• Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions and promote the full range of Nespresso products.
• Prioritise first‑contact resolution to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement or call‑center services.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, learning‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, organise workload and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
