Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth order processing from quote to production. The role combines customer support, sales quoting, and coordination with our manufacturing team at Cooling Systems Caribe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver quotes, and complete sales transactions via phone, email, text, or in‑person.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers, providing clear, professional communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Assist outside sales representatives with quotations, order entry, and follow‑up.
• Create detailed work orders for manufacturing to guarantee accurate production.
• Invoice customers and support billing and accounts receivable using QuickBooks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date pricing information, documentation, and records to keep operations running efficiently.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with local and mainland U.S. customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Eagerness to learn; full training will be provided.

Required skills

• QuickBooks for invoicing and accounts receivable.
