About the role

The university in Bayamón is hiring for several customer‑service oriented positions that support students financially and administratively. Roles include Economic Assistance Officer, Collections Officer, and Admissions Officer, each working on a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Economic Assistance Officer: determine and provide the maximum eligible financial aid to students according to regulations.
• Collections Officer: process tuition payments, issue checks for aid disbursements, manage payroll for work‑study programs, and handle loan transactions.
• Admissions Officer: recruit, guide, and enroll prospective students while meeting enrollment targets and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow institutional policies.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
