Customer Service Agent – Seasonal

About the role

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Agent to join its San Juan, PR team. Working 30+ hours per week, you will provide front‑line assistance to passengers and support ramp operations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue boarding passes, update reservations, and handle baggage check‑in.
• Assist unaccompanied minors, passengers with special needs, and resolve customer complaints.
• Load and unload aircraft, transfer luggage between gates, and marshal aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform safety checks on ground‑service equipment and follow all airline safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, flight crews, agents, and vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow GOM procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• U.S. citizenship or legal permission to work in U.S. territories.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and ability to pass a background check with FBI fingerprints.
• Proficient computer user, self‑motivated and a team player.
