Customer Manager (M/F)

About the role

The Customer Manager will be the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring strong partnerships and high satisfaction levels. This role is based at a historic resort in the Algarve and involves both acquisition of new owners and maintenance of existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with property owners to secure new partnerships or continue existing ones.
• Monitor and enhance owner satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.
• Manage conflict situations and negotiate solutions that align with resort standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for owners.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer relationship, property management, reception or public relations.
• Fluent English (required) and German (preferred).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and argumentation abilities.
• Team spirit, creativity, organizational skills, initiative and conflict‑management capability.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
