Customer Care Representative (French Speaking)

About the role

Delnext is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join its fast‑growing transport technology team in Sintra. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat.
• Investigate and resolve issues or complaints, aiming for satisfactory outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee consistent service quality.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (mandatory) and Portuguese.
• Previous experience in customer service, support or a related CRM environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proactive attitude with initiative and leadership spirit.
