Custom Software Engineer (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance bespoke software solutions for our client HEINEKEN. The role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, allowing you to collaborate on‑site and remotely while delivering high‑performance applications that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom software components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Design, code, test, and debug solutions that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Lead technical decisions, coordinate with multiple internal and external teams, and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Provide expert guidance and problem‑solving support to both immediate and cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Strong experience in delivering custom software solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and influence technical decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Mastery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
