Creative Strategist

About the role

Algofy is seeking a Creative Strategist who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution. You will shape and deliver high‑performing ad creatives across Meta and Google platforms, turning insights into compelling concepts and visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the paid media team to ideate, design, and iterate ad creatives, primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with exposure to Google Ads.
• Lead creative strategy by defining messaging angles, hooks, and concepts based on performance data.
• Translate ideas into clear copy and visual executions using tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Support creative testing, optimization, and analysis to understand what works and why.
• Conduct lightweight research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform creative direction.
• Work with internal teams and occasional clients to align on feedback and direction.
• Leverage AI tools in daily workflows to boost efficiency and creative output.
• Develop and present creative reports that turn strategy and data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or ad creative production.
• Strong ability to connect creative ideas to performance goals.
• High level of English proficiency (C2).
• Portfolio showcasing ad creatives, copy, or campaign work.
