About the role

The Courtesy Desk Associate provides friendly, front‑line service to Walmart shoppers. You will greet customers, handle returns and refunds, and process financial transactions while maintaining compliance with store policies.

Key responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and thank customers entering the store.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and other financial transactions using the POS system.
• Answer customer questions and assist with product inquiries.
• Stand for extended periods while performing duties on the sales floor.

Required profile

• Part‑time availability to work scheduled shifts.
• Strong focus on compliance and customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift modest weights.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist shoppers.
