Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Counter Sales/Warehouse associate is the primary face‑to‑face contact for customers, generating sales while delivering courteous, accurate service. Responsibilities include handling orders, receiving material, maintaining showroom and warehouse organization, preparing shipments, and supporting other branches to ensure consistent service across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive, handle, and store warehouse material.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
• Maintain showroom and warehouse organization, prepare orders and ship products.

Required profile

• One year of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ambitious, motivated to grow within the organization.
• Team‑player with an open‑minded approach and customer‑service focus.
