About the role

The Sales Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from receiving orders to invoicing and payment follow‑up. The role ensures smooth communication between customers, production, and administration to guarantee timely product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record customer orders via email, text, website, or phone; confirm order details when needed.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client database and guide new customers through the sales process.
• Prepare daily order summaries for the production team and coordinate delivery or pickup dates with sales staff.
• Ensure production schedules and delivery timelines are met.
• Generate accurate invoices, track pending payments, and collaborate with administration to secure timely collections.
• Support marketing and sales by developing point‑of‑sale materials, displays, and promotional items for new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Associate degree or bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or sales administration.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English.
