Contract Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Analyst to manage the full contract lifecycle for our international clients. The role involves ensuring contract data accuracy, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting seamless contract processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review client framework agreements and create tailored contract templates.
• Manage contract workflow within the internal system, sending out contracts and ensuring timely processing.
• Update, correct, and adapt agreements and templates as required.
• Coordinate signatures and finalize contracts with all relevant parties.
• Maintain contract‑related information in internal databases and archive documentation according to policy.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support account managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients with contract inquiries and system access.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to optimise contract processes and provide reporting insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling detailed documents, databases, or written material.
• Strong service‑mindset with excellent communication in English and French.
• Result‑oriented, disciplined, and able to structure work independently.
• Outgoing personality with a focus on supporting internal and external stakeholders.
