Content Marketer – B2B Growth

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Content Marketer in Lisbon to drive online growth for B2B clients, from strategy through execution. You will work with a diverse portfolio of start‑ups, scale‑ups and established businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that boost client acquisition and engagement.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.
• Own projects from ideation to delivery while collaborating closely with design and performance teams.
• Write long‑form and short‑form copy for complex products and services.
• Distribute content across organic and paid channels and leverage AI tools to enhance output.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Growth mindset – open to feedback, testing new approaches and continuously improving.
• Curious attitude – ask “why” behind briefs and push for better outcomes.
• Confidence in handling stakeholder relationships and translating briefs into plans.
• Ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI content‑creation tools.
• Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of content distribution across organic and paid platforms.
• Familiarity with outlining video concepts.
