Contact Center Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Contact Center Sales Supervisor leads the sales team in a busy contact center, overseeing both inbound and outbound activities. You will drive sales performance, ensure profitability, and expand the customer base through new acquisitions and upselling existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for inbound and outbound channels to meet departmental and company targets.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate sales agents through one‑on‑one reviews and performance tracking.
• Monitor daily sales results, generate accurate reports, and adjust action plans as needed.
• Ensure proper order processing, handle customer objections, and promote sales offers and promotions.
• Analyze call metrics (e.g., AHT, service level, abandonment) and enforce quality standards.
• Approve payroll adjustments, manage attendance records, and enforce company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a telemarketing or call‑center environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, service‑oriented, and able to motivate teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
