Consultant – Client Training & Education

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Consultant to join its Client Training and Education (CTE) team. You will help design, develop, and deliver eLearning and virtual training programs that enable global financial institutions and merchants to adopt Mastercard platforms and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality eLearning courses and virtual training materials for strategically important clients.
• Gather information from multiple sources, analyse data, and create effective training content.
• Apply a range of eLearning techniques and instructional design methods to construct lessons and resources.
• Structure and prepare training courses, presentations, and immersive onsite programs.
• Present draft content to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Organise own workload to meet project expectations and extract intellectual capital from engagements.

Required profile

• Motivated by creating new eLearning content and delivering impactful training.
• Strong analytical skills to collate and triangulate information.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Interest in payments industry and Mastercard’s vision of a world beyond cash.
