À propos du poste
Vous êtes francophone et résidez déjà au Portugal ? Rejoignez notre équipe internationale à Braga pour un poste stable dans la relation client, avec formation complète dès le premier jour.
Missions principales
- Répondre aux clients francophones par téléphone, e‑mail et chat.
- Traiter les demandes et réclamations avec professionnalisme.
- Respecter les procédures et les objectifs qualité (CSAT, NPS).
- Collaborer avec des équipes internationales.
Profil recherché
- Français natif ou courant (C1/C2), indispensable.
- Bon niveau d’anglais pour la communication interne.
- Aisance avec l’outil informatique.
- Disponible pour des horaires rotatifs.
- Résident au Portugal avec droit de travailler.
Compétences requises
- Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Utilisation d’outils informatiques de bureautique.
