Concierge Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Concierge Agent is a key member of the Front Office team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico. You will act as the primary source of local knowledge, helping guests discover and enjoy the best attractions, dining, and experiences the area has to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date information on restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and local events.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local vendors to secure tickets, reservations, and special experiences for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, in‑house events, and directions.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar concierge or guest‑services role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage several guest requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
