Community & Property Manager

About the role
Outsite is looking for a proactive Community & Property Manager to run its Vilamoura location. The role blends hands‑on property management with community engagement, ensuring the spaces and the guest experience meet Outsite’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of service to ensure seamless and enjoyable guest experiences, welcoming guests in person and via messaging platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest questions and concerns before and during stays, enforce house rules, and monitor feedback to maintain strong satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score.
- Maintain both locations in excellent operating condition through regular property and room inspections, staging, and coordination with cleaning teams for timely turnovers.
- Keep essential amenities stocked, ensure all property items are functional, and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements by coordinating with vendors.
- Respond to property‑related emergencies promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Foster community spirit by moderating the local WhatsApp group with weekly posts, organizing at least one in‑person community event per week, and providing local recommendations.
- Engage members through the Member Hub with regular posts and timely responses.
Required profile
- Based in the Faro area, preferably near Vilamoura.
- Self‑starter who works confidently and independently.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Professional, reliable, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable taking initiative on hands‑on tasks.
- Aligned with Outsite’s mission and values, collaborative, and customer‑centric.
- Outgoing, personable, confident in social interactions, and sound judgment in decision‑making.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.

- Independent contractor (W9) role, approximately 20 hours per week.
