Communications Advisor

About the role

ALS is seeking a Communications Advisor to support its global communication strategy. Based in Europe, you will work closely with the Group Communication Director and senior specialists to develop and deliver high‑quality internal and external communications that strengthen the ALS brand and align with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of communication strategies for global initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into clear communication plans and deliverables.
• Provide communication advice within established governance frameworks.
• Identify and escalate communication risks as needed.
• Monitor outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Manage global communication programs, including employee messaging, leadership presentations, intranet content, and toolkits.
• Ensure consistent messaging across regions and alignment with ALS strategic goals.
• Develop media materials, corporate messaging, website copy, social media content, and client communications.
• Assist with reputation management, corporate affairs, and crisis communication when required.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work autonomously while adhering to established strategies and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience translating technical or complex information into accessible language.
• Attention to detail and high standards of editing and proofreading.
• Collaborative mindset for working with stakeholders across the business.
