Commercial Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across Touch (Content Service Provider) and ABOVE (Processing Lab). This role assumes day‑to‑day account management responsibilities, ensures consistent commercial follow‑through, and drives structured revenue growth across assigned accounts, enabling the Commercial & Growth Director to focus on strategic expansion and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients, managing day‑to‑day communications, contract scope, renewals and performance milestones.
• Develop and execute structured account growth plans, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across media and digital services, supporting pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Support pipeline tracking and forecasting, collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment, and contribute to proposal preparation and commercial documentation.
• Serve as the commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance and Operations to ensure alignment of client expectations with internal execution and drive internal accountability.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in account management, commercial management or B2B client‑facing roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with an analytical mindset for interpreting pricing and revenue data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive commercially‑focused initiatives.
• Experience in aviation, media, digital services or content distribution is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
