Clinic Manager

About the role

Impress, the leading European orthodontic chain, is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee all operations and sales of a dental clinic. You will work closely with the Lead Orthodontist to create a patient‑focused culture, ensure high‑quality clinical care, and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, workload allocation, and facility management.
• Own the clinic’s P&L, monitor revenue and expenses, forecast budgets, and approve expenditures.
• Achieve a minimum 60% sales conversion rate while delivering best‑in‑class patient experiences.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate a cross‑functional team to maximize performance.
• Handle patient complaints, drive quality‑improvement initiatives, and use data analytics to refine processes.
• Step into any non‑orthodontist role as needed, from patient visits to front‑desk support.
