Client Services Associate – Lisbon

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for a Client Services Associate to join its Lisbon office. You will act as the first point of contact for existing clients, coordinating language projects from initiation through delivery while ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new projects using the company’s centralized technology platform.
• Collaborate with production teams to define scope, estimate costs and timelines, and create detailed project briefs.
• Initiate project work, set budgets and schedules, and anticipate potential roadblocks.
• Communicate progress, enforce deadlines and budgets, and deliver final deliverables.
• Serve as the liaison between external client contacts and internal production staff, managing expectations and ensuring ISO compliance.

Required profile
