Client Service Analyst – Investment Platforms

About the role

Join the Mercer Analytics and Portfolio Solutions (MAPS) team in Lisbon to provide frontline support for the MercerInsight platform, serving internal consultants and eventually external clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline resolution and troubleshooting for technical and functional queries on the MercerInsight platform.
• Investigate functionality issues, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
• Support user onboarding, complex functionality requests, and guide transitions to new systems.
• Collaborate with internal business lines to support client deliverables, retention, and new business.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2).
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven client‑service aptitude with analytical attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships across cultures and organizational levels.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial platforms such as eVestment Analytics.
• Familiarity with investment tools and institutional/wealth‑management concepts.
