Client Accounting Specialist – Financial Liaison

About the role

The Client Accounting Specialist acts as the primary financial liaison for TLS’s U.S.-based clients. In this client‑facing position you will prepare and review financial reports, manage the full procurement accounting cycle, and ensure accurate, timely communication of billing and financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, including three‑way matching, vendor payments, and AP transaction monitoring.
• Maintain organized financial records for each client and support month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare, reconcile, and distribute monthly financial statements and subsidiary ledger reports.
• Lead quarterly financial review meetings with clients and internal procurement teams.
• Onboard and train new clients on TLS accounting processes and timelines.
• Alert management to any compliance issues or operational changes that could affect client revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing accounting or finance roles, preferably with U.S.‑based clients.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, month‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity of financial records.
