Cleaning Staff for Short‑Term Rentals in Madeira

About the role

We are looking for responsible, organised and detail‑oriented cleaning professionals to join our team and prepare short‑term rental apartments in Madeira for incoming guests. You will ensure each property meets GuestReady’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare apartments after guest check‑outs.
• Change and prepare bed linen and towels.
• Restock amenities and essential supplies.
• Report any damages, maintenance needs or irregularities.
• Maintain the company’s cleaning and quality standards.
• Assist the warehouse team when required.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Reliability, punctuality and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for rotating schedules, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s licence is a plus.
