Claims Management Specialist

About the role

The Claims Management Specialist will join Nestlé Business Solutions' Order to Cash (O2C) department, handling customer claims and deductions. Reporting to the Claims Management Lead Specialist, the role focuses on analysing, resolving and reporting on claims while supporting continuous improvement across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, assign and categorize all customer claims and deductions submitted internally or by customers.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement programmes and standardise processes across the covered markets.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) on service quality and present findings during Daily Operational Reviews.
• Monitor KPI trends, perform root‑cause analysis of errors and drive problem‑solving actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of basic finance terminology and debit/credit accounting rules.
• Fluent French and advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).
