CES Advisor – Social Media Focus (Swiss‑German Speaker)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a CES Advisor focused on social media, providing multilingual support to consumers while working remotely from Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone and social media (Instagram, Facebook) promptly.
• Identify customer needs and guide them through specific features.
• Record consumer requests in internal databases and share workarounds with stakeholders.
• Inform customers about new features, campaigns and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Gather feedback, maintain FAQ and knowledge‑base documents, and handle sensitive contacts according to guidelines.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Swiss‑German with intermediate French and fluent English or Portuguese.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and channels.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using Instagram and Facebook for customer support.
