CEO Office Trainee – International Banking Internship

About the role

Join the CEO Office of an international investment bank and support cross‑border communication and daily operations in a fast‑paced, multilingual environment. This 6‑month internship offers exposure to strategy, business development, and corporate governance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide written and verbal translation (Chinese ↔ English) for documents and meetings.
• Support administrative and coordination tasks within the CEO Office.
• Participate in specific business projects driven by the CEO Office.
• Prepare corporate presentations, press releases, and other disclosures.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports for supervisory authorities.
• Contribute to the drafting of the Annual and Interim Reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduate or up to a few years of experience).
• Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, attention to detail, reliability and a proactive attitude.
• Dynamism and ability to work autonomously.
