Care Coordinator – Support Back Pain Patients

About the role
We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join Sword’s AI‑driven health platform. You will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing back pain, helping them navigate our digital therapy app and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email or chat, providing empathetic guidance and technical assistance.
- Guide users through app features, ensuring they can complete digital therapy sessions safely and effectively.
- Accurately document patient data and share insights with the care team.
- Serve as a liaison for doctors and health‑insurance providers to resolve administrative and coverage questions.
Required profile
- Passion for digital innovation in healthcare.
- Fluent, native‑level (C2) German.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in daily work (at least Level 1 AI proficiency).
