About the role

Join Roadsurfer as a Campervan Mechanic and keep our fleet safe and road‑ready. You will work across several rental stations, using a fully equipped service vehicle to perform repairs and support station staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the technical condition of campervans to ensure traffic safety and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to designated rental stations and perform minor repairs independently.
• Train and guide station employees on basic repair tasks.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and new projects.

Required profile

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician.
• Broad knowledge of different vehicle brands, preferably familiar with common campervan models.
• High flexibility, willingness to travel occasionally, and good manual dexterity.
• Fluent Portuguese and solid English communication skills.
