Buyer Support Agent – French Speaker

About the role

Join a leading automotive company as a Buyer Support Agent, providing essential assistance in vehicle purchase and sales operations. This position is ideal for a French‑speaking professional who enjoys coordinating logistics and ensuring contract accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Partner throughout the vehicle purchase and sales process.
• Manage and verify purchase and sales contracts for compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle transport logistics between depots in Portugal and abroad.
• Facilitate clear communication among all parties, using German and English as needed.
• Provide business management support within the assigned area.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 or native level).
• Strong command of English (minimum C1).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail in handling contracts and documentation.
• Preferred knowledge of logistics and transport processes.
• Previous experience in administrative or business‑support roles is a plus.
