Buyer Specialist

About the role

Tekever designs and builds unmanned aircraft for real missions. As a Buyer Specialist you will own a commodity portfolio, ensuring the right parts are purchased at the right price exactly when production needs them, supporting the company’s goal to double output.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of electronics, especially PCBA and harnesses/cabling.
• Manage extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients, tracking order status.
• Negotiate and manage purchases, tenders, and supply agreements for materials and services.
• Analyze proposals and prepare recommendations based on results.
• Conduct market research to identify and select potential suppliers.
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials and service execution.
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Electronics, Mechanics or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and/or engineering, preferably in industrial or production sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency (C2 level) in both Portuguese and English.
• Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
