Buyer – Professional Services (French Speaker)

About the role

The Procurement Operations team is looking for a Buyer who will act on behalf of internal clients to purchase consulting and non‑IT services. You will ensure compliance with BNP Paribas regulations, apply category‑sourcing strategies and achieve defined savings targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal clients with purchasing requests through procurement tools, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely processing.
• Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, analyse supplier offers and conduct one‑on‑one negotiations.
• Negotiate price conditions, achieve savings targets and manage contract preparation, including special conditions and purchase orders.
• Ensure all transactions comply with BNP Paribas standards, framework contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support or up to 2 years in procurement and facilities management.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong client focus, results‑driven attitude and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to conduct negotiations and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
