Business Technology Associate

About the role

Metyis is seeking a Business Technology Associate with 3‑6 years of experience to join the Delivery Excellence team at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus in Porto. The role supports technology transformation, testing, and user adoption for planning tools and e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate end‑to‑end business testing across all project phases, including sprint, SIT, UAT, regression and defect‑fix testing.
• Support test managers with scope alignment, test data preparation, defect handling and test coordination.
• Guide business testers and junior resources, ensuring consistent test evidence and defect reporting.
• Participate in workshops, sprint reviews and project meetings to align business, technology and implementation teams.
• Prepare training materials, documentation and provide first‑level functional support during hyper‑care and live usage.
• Assist Business Managers with selected tasks and follow functional requirements from clarification through sign‑off.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in business testing, test coordination, business analysis or technology consulting.
• Strong attention to detail, structured working style and ability to organize test activities and monitor progress.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with cross‑functional and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel as required by project and training needs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps or similar test‑management and defect‑tracking tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis and presentation creation.
• Experience preparing and executing test cases, supporting UAT and regression testing, and documenting evidence.
