Business Manager

About the role

Reach IT is seeking a Business Manager to join its Business team. You will work directly with international clients and highly experienced engineering professionals, helping to match top‑tier engineers with complex, secure, and scalable enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key decision‑makers in technology and engineering environments.
• Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data and AI.
• Create and execute business development strategies to generate new prospects and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with recruitment and technology teams to understand client requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Engage decision‑makers across European markets through personalized outreach and relationship‑building.
• Represent Reach IT as a trusted technology partner, driving long‑term client growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, IT Consulting or a similar client‑facing IT role.
• Proven ability to develop and manage B2B relationships with international clients.
• Strong understanding of technology markets and the capacity to spot business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple international opportunities simultaneously.
