Business Manager Internship

About the role

Join our Lisbon team as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the Information System & Digital business lines. You will gain hands‑on experience in business development, sales prospecting, and recruitment within a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Assist in preparing presentations and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Support candidate search, pre‑selection, and recruitment strategy definition.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Help onboard and integrate new team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement.
• Native Portuguese speaker, resident in Portugal, fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Interest in sales, recruitment and consulting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
