About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Lead / Program Manager to drive data‑centric initiatives, design scalable BI solutions, and manage complex programs that enable data‑driven decision making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver BI projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage program timelines, budgets, stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
- Design and implement scalable BI solutions, data pipelines, ETL processes and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape data‑driven strategies.
- Act as liaison between technical teams, business users and external partners.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or program management role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
Required skills
- SQL, Snowflake, Redshift
- BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView
- ETL pipeline development and data integration
- Programming languages: Python, R, Java (optional)
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
