Business Intelligence Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to drive data‑driven solutions for our key clients in Portugal. You will lead a team of 13 professionals, integrate AI capabilities and shape the strategic evolution of our data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Technically lead a team of 13 professionals, implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive the integration and usage of Artificial Intelligence within the team's projects and solutions.
• Utilise expertise in PowerBI and Data Science to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of data platforms and analytical capabilities for key clients.

Required profile

• At least 9 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Science, with a focus on PowerBI.
• Proven technical leadership experience, capable of guiding and mentoring a team.
• Solid expertise in PowerBI and Data Science methodologies, including the ability to introduce AI solutions.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) to communicate effectively in an international environment.
