Business Developer – Mobility Market

About the role

BeyondComposite is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the European mobility market. You will act as the bridge between customer needs and the company’s advanced composite and thermoplastic solutions, shaping the future of mobility across railway, bus, truck, and marine sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute the business development plan for the European mobility market.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new commercial opportunities with OEMs, tier‑1 suppliers, and operators.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Leverage existing networks to accelerate market penetration.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation in close cooperation with the CBDO.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
• Represent BeyondComposite at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Europe.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in the mobility sector (railway, bus, trucks, or marine).
• Strong existing network in at least one of these markets.
• Fluent English; additional French, German or Italian is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
