Business Developer – MICE & Corporate

About the role

We are seeking a Business Developer focused on MICE and corporate segments to drive revenue for Bomporto’s boutique hotels. You will generate new business, manage the full event journey and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Grow MICE and corporate revenue through proactive outreach and your network.
• Convert enquiries into high‑value opportunities, working both reactively and strategically.
• Represent Bomporto at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle from enquiry to on‑site presence and post‑event follow‑up.
• Shape bespoke, high‑end experiences aligned with the brand and own your sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in MICE, corporate sales or luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset with valuable industry connections.
• Confident, client‑focused and relationship‑driven.
• Hands‑on, organized and comfortable being present during events.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages a plus.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €35,000.
