Business Analyst – Tax & Custody

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Tax and Custody to join its expanding team in Lisbon. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that tax and custody processes are accurately captured and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for tax and custody operations.
• Create and validate functional specifications and support their implementation.
• Coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Manage change requests, system enhancements and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in market and cross‑functional projects, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within finance or custody domains.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across international teams.
