Business Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

Dellent, a consulting firm specialized in information systems and telecommunications, is seeking a Business Analyst who is fluent in French to join a client project in Portugal. The position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead meetings and produce clear specification documents for French‑speaking stakeholders.
• Extract, transform, and analyse data using SQL, including complex joins and sub‑queries.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
• Optional: Support database administration tasks and assist in creating dashboards.

Required profile

• More than 9 years of professional experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or data‑oriented business consultant.
• French language proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation (optional but advantageous).
• Basic DBA knowledge (optional).
