Business Analyst for Credit Risk Stress Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Credit Risk Stress Testing within our Agile team. The role involves translating business needs into functional specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the production of official stress test results.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse business requirements, specify and test solutions while respecting budget, regulatory and deadline constraints.
• Collaborate closely with business contacts, developers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in producing official stress test results and provide functional support.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engine operation, maintainability and scalability.
• Develop a transversal view of products and processes within the assigned scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3‑4 years experience as a business analyst or functional expert on Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations or Stress Tests.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.
